Express Treatment
Heat Treatment & Oil Treatment with No Comb-Out
This specialized option caters exclusively to individuals who are unable to have their hair combed out. The process consists of a convenient single appointment, comprising two essential steps: a 45–60-minute Heat Treatment and an Oil Treatment application. Designed particularly for those with dreadlocks or hair that cannot be combed due to reasons such as extensive matted knots, hair tenderness, fragility, or hair loss (e.g., from chemotherapy), this solution offers a comprehensive approach. Our Heat Treatment effectively eradicates all eggs/nits, preventing them from hatching, but it does not remove the deceased debris, nor does it kill live lice. To ensure complete extermination, the Oil Treatment is applied, leaving no chance for any remaining lice to lay further eggs. Rest assured that this tailored treatment option is carefully crafted to suit your specific needs, ensuring a successful lice elimination process even for those with unique hair conditions.

Surcharges for Severe Infestation
We offer additional services to address specific situations: Severe Infestation, Oil Treatment, Extra Long Hair, and Extra Combing.
In the case of a severe infestation, a $50 fee is applied to help cover the cost of extra resources and clean-up, as well as to compensate our clinician who may be at risk of contracting lice while providing treatment. Severe infestations may necessitate additional combing, which is charged separately.
If the scalp has multiple sores or any infected sores, we perform an Oil Treatment. This process involves eradicating the hatched lice and allowing the sores to heal before proceeding with the service, usually requiring just a few days.
Hair under three feet in length falls under our standard pricing. For each foot over three feet, additional charges apply:
- Head checks incur an extra $25 per foot of hair.
- Treatments involve an additional $100 per foot of hair.
We do not charge extra for curly, textured, or thick hair. However, it is helpful to inform us in advance to ensure that we assign a clinician experienced in handling technically challenging hair.
If the scheduled 90-minute appointment requires extended combing, we will try our best to accommodate it. However, due to other appointments, there may be instances where we need to reschedule. For any combing beyond the initial 90 minutes, a fee of $50 per 30 minutes will be applied.
